Flikit — Account Deletion Policy

For your security, all account deletion requests must be submitted from the Flikit mobile app while signed in.
Who this applies to
Flikit is intended for users in Australia only. This policy is written for Australian users.
How to request deletion (in-app)
- Open the Flikit app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and follow the prompts.
- Confirm the request (you may be asked to verify via password/OTP).
What happens after you confirm
- Your account and all information that belongs to you are deleted immediately from our systems.
- We do not keep any data for tracking, analytics, or marketing once you request deletion.
- The deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Data we keep
None. We do not retain your personal data for tracking, analytics, marketing, or any other purpose after you request deletion.
Third-party services
Some information may exist in services you control (e.g., Google Play purchase records). These are managed under those providers’ terms. Please contact them directly if you also want those records removed or managed.
If you can’t access the app
If you cannot sign in to submit the request in-app, email us from your registered address with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include your name and phone/email used in Flikit.
